A Note from President & CEO, Michael Ayers

Dear Partners,

I can't say it enough... It's great to be back to in-person events! Last week, we held our first Women of Excellence Happy Hour and had to cap attendance because it sold out so quickly. Our May Small Business Council featuring Mayor Paul Alfrey was also full. Our upcoming Comedy Night, presented by VRBA, is already two-thirds full with more than two weeks to go, so please be sure to register now. I know we can all use a good laugh after the year 2020!

As you've hopefully seen, our May Good Morning Space Coast: State of the State has been moved from May 20 to May 27 due to a special legislative session called by Gov. DeSantis. We hope you can still join us for this important recap of government activities at the state level. This event is offered both in person and virtually.

Although we love to see you live, virtual events remain a great way for busy professionals to engage without leaving the office, with no limit on the number of participants. Our May Nonprofit Council, presently virtually, promises to be another big hit, with five expert panelists sharing their best donor engagement strategies. Grab your lunch and chat with us on Tuesday, May 18, noon to 1:30 p.m.

As always, each of our events offers the opportunity for you to reach key audiences and speak about your business. Consider sponsoring one of our events as a way to build your bottom line. If you have questions about any of these events or opportunities, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Sincerely,

Michael
