My name is Monte Roberts, I have always loved Real Estate, and before becoming and Real Estate Professional I bought and sold several homes and attempted 5 for sale by owners of my own. I learned a lot about the real estate industry the good and bad from being on both sides of the business as a customer and now as an agent. My goal is to treat my clients with the same respect care and honesty and best practices that I wanted and demanded from myself when I was a client. For sellers, I will create a custom selling plan to market your property and get it in front of the right people.
I do the market research to find the buyers that are best suited to your particular property and will make the property appeal to the right buyers and price it correctly to sell fast and for as much as possible.
For buyers, I will work tirelessly to find your forever dream home and set up alert streams so we see properties as soon as they come on the market so we have the best chance of being first in.
