Locally-owned and independently operated since 1986, Pro Resources provides staffing solutions in Indiana.
Our founders launched the firm after spending 30 years as human resources executives. By learning the staffing industry from a client perspective, they gained an insider’s understanding of the true needs of employers. As a result, we are better able to provide staffing services to Indiana businesses.We focus on total employment packages to address short-term and long-term staffing, direct hire, and recruiting requirements as well as providing consulting services in the light industrial, technical and professional/clerical fields. For job seekers, we offer temporary, and temp-to-hire jobs and professional recruitment with some of Indiana’s top employers.
