Reed Martin is a local family man, with his wife Leanna and their two kids, Hannah and Evan. Reed planted roots in Shipshewana over two decades ago. Reed has been in the RV industry for over 20 years and recently decided to make a change into the construction businesses. “I have a good friend who is in the insulation business and he influenced us to take the leap,” said Martin. Reed has a passion for people and strives to provide the very best in service and product.

Jared Yoder grew up in the insulation business. It was a natural fit for Jared to be a part of AirTite. “Jared came alongside as a partner in this endeavor after working in the RV industry, his knowledge and expertise in insulation application is superior,” said Martin.
