Lightning Land and Development LLC., is a land development and property management company. The company was established and purchased it's first parcel in 2022. The focus of Lightning Land and Development LLC. is to acquire strategic parcels of property in the Mini-Cassia area in Idaho and develop them into commercial/retail, office, light manufacturing, and industrial business parks. Parcels will be subdivided, some lots will be sold and other will be retained by Lightning Land and Development LLC.
Lightning Land and development LLC. will offer lots, fully constructed buildings, and property management. These offerings will be made available to purchase, lease, or lease with option to purchase. Lightning Land will build to suit through our partner company, Streamline Precision Inc., a General Contractor located in Burley, ID.
