Resource Center For Independent Living Inc. (RCIL), established in 1984, is a non-profit organization located in El Dorado, KS, with a mission to collaborate with individuals, families, and communities to promote independent living and honor the choices of persons with disabilities. Committed to empowering individuals to control their lives and live independently within their communities, RCIL provides valuable services and support.
Funded through a combination of private and corporate donations, grants from the State of Kansas Department for Children and Families, foundations, United Way organizations, and contracts with state agencies and managed care organizations, RCIL operates as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. This diverse funding approach enables RCIL to continue its essential work of making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities, their families, and the communities it serves.
