Founded after a transformative experience encountering exquisite coffee during a mission trip to Peru, we were inspired to create a space where quality and compassion intersect. Walt and I, former owner-operators of a woodworking business specializing in custom furniture, found resonance between the craftsmanship of heirloom-quality furnishings and the artistry of coffee roasting. Just as we cherish the distinctiveness of various woods in our woodworking projects, we delight in developing flavor profiles that showcase the unique characteristics of coffee sourced from diverse regions.

With every bean we procure, we prioritize sustainability and ethical sourcing, ensuring that farmers receive fair compensation for their labor. At OnPoint Coffee Roasters, we exclusively source Fair Trade, Direct Trade, and/or organically grown green coffee, working closely with cooperatives committed to both enhancing bean quality and fostering community development. Many of these cooperatives are led by women, reflecting our belief in empowering marginalized voices and promoting gender equity within the coffee supply chain.
