EXPERIENCE. Theresa Steele has been a Professional EOS Implementer® since 2018 and has operated a Business Coaching practice in Greater Fort Wayne since 2012. Theresa is currently operating her practice in Angola, Indiana, and serving the Greater Fort Wayne and the tri-state area (IN-MI-OH) with the capability to work with hybrid and remote teams.

Vision is about getting your leaders 100% on the same page with where your organization is going and how it’s going to get there. Traction is about helping your leaders become more disciplined and accountable so they can achieve every part of your Vision. Healthy means helping your leaders become a healthy, functional, and cohesive leadership team.
