When a job injury intervened in 2013, Tim responded by earning his real estate license and achieving equal if not greater success. He was named Rookie of the Year, doubled his business for three consecutive years, and closed more than 350 transactions in his first four years as an agent ? without ever sacrificing customer service.
Tim specializes in luxury homes and farm properties and has facilitated commercial sales, business-to-business deals, and land developments throughout Oregon. Much of his flexibility stems from a versatile career that includes sales; construction, property, and brokerage management; property developments; flips; subdivisions; business coaching; and life coaching. Tim?s drive is magnetic and infectious, attracting and inspiring like-minded talent and even helping turn former minimum-wage employees into six-figure-earning agents.
Tim leads an equally fulfilling personal life with his daughter Maisy and partner Micayla. He enjoys writing and playing music and doing anything outdoors: mountain climbing, hiking, fishing, hunting, camping, surfing, snowboarding, skiing, boating, and flying. Tim is involved in several nonprofit initiatives, including Adult & Teen Challenge, and he serves on the board of the Safe Haven Humane Society.
