The Quincy Historical Museum is located at 10 E. Jefferson Street. Erected in 1874 by a Seventh Day Adventist congregation, the building is the only brick church in the village and is among the oldest structures within the village of Quincy. The building was last used for worship services by the Bible Covenant Church, by the early 1970's it was being used for storage. The historic building was purchased by the Village of Quincy in 2002. With the efforts of volunteers from the community and the Quincy Historical Society the building has been restored, the grounds improved, and displays created with the many donated artifacts and memorabilia to be enjoyed by visitors and members of the community. The museum can be toured from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on the first Saturday of each month May through October or by appointment by calling Karen Hargreave at 517-639-4595.
