We've recently rebranded to Kaya Wellness, named after our newborn daughter, who suffers from a handful of congenital heart defects requiring several surgeries prior to us being able to bring her home from the hospital. Kaya is a fighter - tough, resilient and inspiring. We hope to bring that same mentality to helping our clients pursue their health and wellness goals.
We currently offer Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Medical weight loss (semaglutide/ozempic), and peptide therapy. Formerly available only in Phoenix and the surrounding areas, we recently expanded and are now able to serve additional 43 states via telehealth. In addition to this, our expansion now allows us to offer Ketamine therapy for PTSD and treatment-resistant mental health conditions. As an Army veteran, this is my passion project. My goal is to offer these amazing treatments efficiently and deeply discounted in order to get fellow veterans the treatment they deserve, and ultimately give them their lives back.
