Vendors and Exhibitors,
It is with excitement that I extend this invite to you to participate in our city’s 2018 Mesquite Days event. The Mesquite Chamber of Commerce will be overseeing the vendor village again this year. The vendor booths will be active from Friday, May 4
th through Sunday, May 6
th.
This year, vendors will not be required to participate in all three days of the vendor village. For coordination purposes, your length of participation will affect where you are placed in the layout.
Additionally, there will be a separate vendor area located away from the carnival, but in the general area (Mesquite Library). It will be active on Saturday only. This is a nice alternative for those who feel the carnival is not a right fit for their product. The venue is small and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Only non-profit food vendors will be accepted at this location.
The location of the main event is the same as last year. It will be held at the Recreation Center Park at 100 W. Old Mill Road.
Included in the links below is a vendor application, fee information, conditions, booth and general information.
Please keep in mind that the wind blows in the spring here, you will want to bring weights to hold your canopy in place. There is no ‘back up’ plan to move the event; this event is held outside and we have no control over the weather. No refunds will be given for inclement weather.
Spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis as payment is received. To help ensure that all vendors are able to get the most for their fee, “same as” booths will be limited at the discretion of the Chamber. No spots are guaranteed to be held without payment.
If after reviewing this information you have further questions, please contact us. Email is the preferred method of contact. I, or one of my assistants, will respond as quickly as possible. The email to use is
info@mesquitenvchamber.com, you can also call the office at 702-346-2902, ask for Doris.
We are looking forward to a fun and well attended event. We know a good variety of interesting vendors and exhibitors is important to our success. We look forward to seeing some of you in May!
