In 1953, Wyatt (JR) Smith made the purchase of Smith Tractor Company, initiating a new era for the business. Initially focused on selling Ford tractors, the company expanded its offerings in January 1987 to include John Deere products. Ever since, Smith Tractor Company has been dedicated to providing exceptional John Deere equipment and services throughout Florida and Alabama. Our multiple locations boast an extensive inventory, ensuring a wide range of options for our customers.
For homeowners and individuals with acreages, we specialize in offering John Deere residential and commercial mowing equipment, compact utility tractors, and utility tractors up to 115 horsepower. Producers, on the other hand, can rely on us for a comprehensive selection of John Deere planters, tillage equipment, harvesting equipment, and tractors ranging from 45 to 560 horsepower. Additionally, we proudly carry a complete range of Commercial Worksite Products, including wheeled skid steer loaders, compact track loaders, mini excavators, and compact articulated wheel loaders. To further meet diverse needs, we also offer a variety of implements such as Kuhn and Woods products, among others, tailored to specific applications.
