Here at Star Fitness, we offer elite personal training, group training on Saturdays for all, yoga, kickboxing, massage therapy, self defense classes and nutrition/meal plans. The gym is set in a welcoming family environment. Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction, which is why we go over every individual clients needs and personal goals from the start!
