Drawing on her strong managerial skills, attention to detail, and unyielding determination, Denise had already made her mark in 2001 by co-founding Nemo Grille in Avon, Ohio, alongside her family. Inspired to start her own venture, she identified a growing demand for high-quality house cleaning services in Lorain County and launched Kool Maids to fill that gap.
