About Us
Sun City Home Owners Association (SCHOA)in a non-profit Corporation developed to promote the development of the Sun City community as a retirement residential area; to promote public service to and for said community and to do all things necessary or desireable to promote the protection, helath and well being of the Members of the Corporation the the welfare of the said community as a retirement residential area. The Association provides for their members many helpful programs to assist them in their everyday life in Sun City. One of these programs is our Vendor Referral Program. Currently we have over 100 Trade Categories and 700 Vendors. Sun City, the original Active Retirement Community, now celebrating their 50th Year.
