Hours of Operation
As a member you will have 24 hour access to the facility. Our office hours are from 9-6pm weekdays and 10-2 on weekends. This is the time to come in for member sign ups or buy supplements etc. The personal trainers and or group class instructors set their hours according to the needs of the members.

Urban Strength is an Elite training facility geared torwards anyone and everyone that puts fitness above other needs. Our gym provides every tool needed to encourage, lead and assist an individual in becoming fit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. we offer personal trainers as well as nutritional consulting and supplements to see your vision to the finish line.
Arizona's Home of the APF and the newest gym and training facility featuring training in all aspects including: Powerlifting, Athletic Training, Bootcamp, Boxing/Jiu Jitsu/MMA, Crossfit friendly, Bodybuilding, Gameday/Contest Prep, Conditioning, Speed and Agility Training, Crossfit, and General Fitness. We also offer Sports Nutrition and Nutrition Plan Creation.
We have over 11,000lbs of free weights including dumbells up to 160s, a Monolift, competition set and plates, several machines, the infamous Glute-Ham Raises and Reverse Hypers, Bands, Chains, Specialty Bars such as the Axle Bar (Fat Bar), Safety Squat Bar, Cambered Bar, and so much more state of the art equipment all stored in a 4,600 sq ft warehouse setting gym.
