Like seriously...NEVER stops!! The key to entertaining is learning all aspects of what makes a great event!
My journey into weddings and design began at a young age after playing in my mom’s floral shop, which is now known as Wild Orchid. As I got older I assisted (and still do!) with various Wild Orchid events and began my wedding planning career. Prior to that, I worked for ClearChannel Communications (now known as iheartRadio), did Public Relations work for a small Chicago firm, and did event planning for a delicious Italian restaurant. In 2011, I married my amazing husband Nick and moved away to Iowa, where I started Bride Meets Wedding, a bridal resource blog. Four years later I was a mom, back in Illinois helping with the family floral business, and itching to express my creativity.
This year has brought more change, as we decided to relocate back to Iowa. This time I've rebranded to offer my event planning and various aspects of design for life's celebrations. From the first birthday invites to custom wedding signage; the possibilities are endless. Now enough about me; I want to help you plan your next great event!
