HISTORY
Founded in 2015
JP Architects, Ltd. was founded in 2015 by Jose R. Pareja, AIA. We’re a full-service architecture firm, that is passionate about restaurant design, public planning projects, and commercial architecture. Since its inception, JP Architects, Ltd. has created a recognizable brand. We’ve established a diverse, high-performing team of talented architectural professionals, which provides us with the capacity to undertake multiple projects at one time. This means -- no matter the size of your project -- you do not get lost in the shuffle at JP Architects, Ltd. as we treat every partner and client as priority number one.
We maintain professional relationships with Chicago Public Schools, Chicago Park District, State of Illinois Capital Development Board, Department of Military Affairs, Illinois Community College Board, Department of Human Services, Department of Natural Resources, Elgin Community College, and Forest Preserves of DuPage County. In addition to these public planning relationships, we provide architectural services for national brands local restaurateurs, and private commercial clients.
Expansion into Restaurants
JP Architects, Ltd. entered the restaurant industry to provide creative, reliable, and quality architectural design. Our team has 50+ years of experience designing some of the most iconic national brands and expanding restaurant concepts. We understand the intricacies of restaurant design and have a track record of providing solutions that enhance our partner's experience.
Certifications and Licensures
JP Architects, Ltd. is proud to be a certified minority business enterprise (MBE) in the State of Illinois and Cook County. We recently opened an office in Bloomington, IL to bring the JP Architects, Ltd. experience to Central Illinois and have easy access to our State partners in Central and Southern Illinois. We are also licensed in Arizona, Colorado, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Texas and are in process in many other states.
