First let me say how thrilled I am that you are visiting my chamber website. My love for calligraphy started many years ago. In the beginning I was self taught, but since then I have studied under many Master Calligraphers and Lettering Artists.
I'm trained in traditional calligraphic styles, but love to explore options. What make me unique from other calligraphers is the simple fact that I letter on a variety of surfaces. Everything I letter is a piece of art, including wedding invitations.

Mission StatementMission Statement:
In this digital age of impersonal emails and text messages, my intention is to take your words and write them with art and soul.
Calligraphy is a multifaceted skill that’s mastered with practice; it’s all about mind, hand and eye coordination, requiring a person to connect all three elements together, and in doing so create art. Knowing my cursive needed help, I signed up for my first calligraphy class in Copperplate Script. Through the years I have studied with many Master Calligraphers from around the world in both traditional and nontraditional lettering. My choice in materials varies from paper, fabric, canvas, wood and glass. I love working with watercolor, acrylics and gouache to create my one of a kind pieces. My work has been published many times in several publications. I also have an Alphabet stamp line for sale through Stampington & Company. A natural progression toward teaching calligraphy has given me the opportunity to share this wonderful art form. I consider beautiful lettering to be more than personal, more than just the printed word: it is the human connection to the mystery of art and of life.
