Welcome Home to New Frontier Bank! The bank was founded in 1999 by a group of St. Charles County families, led by Joe Crenshaw, who realized there was a need for a community bank in St. Charles County. New Frontier Bank was created and designed to create a new experience for customers and employees. Our bank branches were designed to allow customers to conduct their financial business with the privacy it deserves, while creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere that many bank lobbies just don’t offer. We have a saying that “You will experience the difference as soon as you walk through the front door.”
New Frontier offers a full range of services, including an expanded business day, competitive rate loans, 24 hour/7 day access to accounts on the Internet and by phone and no-fee transactions at thousands of ATMs nationwide. Customers love the fact that all of the bank’s decisions are made locally. This speeds up turn-around times, which is especially important when applying for a loan.
New Frontier’s employees are truly dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. They enjoy the family-oriented atmosphere at New Frontier and the way that everyone truly works together as a team. Eight of the original nine New Frontier employees are still with the bank.
New Frontier allows its employees time and financial resources so they may provide community service to their favorite charities. Employees and members of the Board of Directors are active in numerous community service organizations, including the St. Charles Crisis Nursery, FISH, Our Lady's Inn, Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County, Optimist Club of St. Charles and Vision St. Charles County.
