Because pain relief is an essential component of an individual's quality of life, the team at Pain Management Rehabilitation is dedicated to the relief of acute, subacute and chronic pain in pediatrics and adults using an integrated approach. With attention to physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being, our pain management team is committed to providing and maintaining superior quality care in a compassionate environment.
This means that each patient will receive a tailored treatment plan based on the assessment and evaluation by our pain management specialist who is a board certified physician in pain medicine. Our patients are required to participate in their plan of care and treatment and show a desire for improvement.
Initial Appointment Criteria
Many patients are referred from their primary care providers or physician specialists. However, we welcome patients calling our clinic directly to schedule an appointment. Patients should bring with them to their initial pain medicine consultation, medical records from previous health care providers, especially pain management reports and imaging.
