Here are some basics to know: If you are applying for the first time, the loan process will largely remain the same, with a few changes. You are eligible for a second draw loan if you have exhausted your first PPP loan and you have less than 300 employees and, you have experienced a greater than 25% reduction in gross receipts during the first, second, third or fourth quarter in 2020 relative to the same quarter in 2019.
