About Us

Hi! I'm Higgins. My Mom, Claudia, works at the Oroville Area Chamber of Commerce. My Dad, Fred, provides financial services and insurance services at Titus & Associates. While they are at work, I patrol the yard and guard the house so I am a very busy dog. I also watch the birds, keep an eye out for cats and take a lot of naps.

My mom says, "When you're in town, stop by the Chamber for information on all of the fun things to do in Oroville!"
