WindHaven Construction is a full service building company with extensive experience in all types of construction. We specialize in "Green" building practices, including energy efficiency, indoor air quality and resource conservation. Co-owner Bill Springer is a certified Green Building Professional and Green Rater with over 45 years experience.(CA license #882473)
Bill got his start in the construction industry in 1964. He spent two tours in Viet Nam with the Navy Seabees. Projects included building a children's hospital. He started using energy efficient construction practices in 1974 in Dallas, TX.
The main objective is to provide an environment that has good indoor air quality and build it in the most efficient manner at the least cost. Time and cost are paramount.
WindHaven Construction also does remodeling and has expertise in bathrooms and kitchens.
