About Us
HCM currently manages nineteen nursing homes located in six states: Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Michigan, and Missouri.
HCM's Home Office is located in Jackson, Mississippi. Operations are managed through a local market management concept whereby HCM management teams are located in various parts of the United States. These teams currently consist of Regional Vice Presidents who have overall responsibility for the operations within their geographical assigned area. RVP's have support from Regional Nurse Consultants (Registered Nurses) and Financial Consultants.
