At Thrive Realty, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional real estate and property management services across Arizona. Our founder and broker, Bonnie Kingcannon, brings over two decades of industry experience, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and care.

Bonnie's journey in property management began in 2001 as a leasing manager in the multifamily sector, where she earned accolades such as Assistant Property Manager of the Year and AMA Team Member of the Year Finalist. Her expertise in revitalizing distressed properties led to significant improvements in occupancy rates and net operating income.

In 2008, Bonnie obtained her Arizona Salesperson License, expanding her services to include residential property management. By 2014, she advanced to Vice President of Property Management at one of Arizona's fastest-growing brokerages, where she built a powerhouse team and mentored fellow property managers.

In December 2023, Bonnie realized her long-held dream of establishing her brokerage with the launch of Thrive Realty. Our clients are enthusiastic about this new chapter, and we are committed to upholding the highest standards of service and integrity in all our real estate endeavors.
