Founded by owners Adam Weiss and executive chef Raymond See, the 7,600 sf restaurant features a delicious variety of appetizers, entrees, sushi, desserts and beverages all within the confines of a family-friendly sports grill atmosphere.  Guests can also enjoy Headquarters’ spacious patio complete with an indoor/outdoor bar.  And for sports fans who appreciate watching the big game while quenching their thirst, Headquarters features 50 HD TVs and a giant 160-inch projector wall amplified by a state-of-the-art audio system – the perfect environment to take in every sports viewing package (NFL, College Football, NBA, MLB, NHL, etc.).
 

“We’re thrilled to bring our unique twist on food, beverage and entertainment to the Valley,” said Weiss.  “It’s been a dream of ours for many years and to have it opening now is extremely gratifying.  We’re looking forward to having the community join us here and enjoy Chef See’s amazing menu served by our friendly staff.  Our goal is to provide every guest a memorable experience and we’ll work hard each day to ensure that happens.”
 

Headquarters will be open 11 a.m. – 2 a.m. on Monday through Friday, keeping its kitchen operating with full menu until 1 a.m. for late-night diners.  And on weekends, it will open at 9 a.m. when it will roll out its scrumptious brunch menu. 
 

“We’ve put a tremendous amount of effort into creating a high-quality menu featuring a wide range of items designed to appeal to everyone’s cravings,” said Chef See.  “Our fresh, made-from-scratch menu items will both delight the senses and please the pocketbook.  As imperative as it was to develop a top-notch menu, it was equally important to provide it at a modest price point that our guests will appreciate.”
