Honoring Our Men & Women on this Veteran's Day Hometown Heroes Veteran's Day Open House - 11.11.19 Join us TODAY for our First Annual event for our Hometown Heroes! The Peoria Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee (MAC) is proud to host a Veterans Day event to honor and thank our Hometown Heroes! This open house will feature two military themed movies, Veteran support sponsors, and “Blessing Bags” for each guest. These bags can be given to anyone less fortunate and it’s our way of giving back. There is no cost to the Veteran but we will be asking for a small payment from guests to help offset our costs.
