About Us

Robert is an attorney in the areas of civil litigation and general corporate legal practice (state and federal, trial and appellate) in the areas of commercial, deceptive trade practice, insurance, real estate, professional liability, auto, personal injury, bad faith, premises liability, product liability, environmental and construction law. Robert was born in Evanston, Illinois and is a 17 year resident of the Evergreen-Conifer area, located just outside of Denver, Colorado. Robert is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Texas.
EXPERIENCE. Civil litigation (trial and appellate work at the state and federal level), mediation and general corporate legal practice in the areas of commercial, insurance, real estate, professional liability, premises liability, personal injury, product liability, bad faith and unfair claims practices, environmental and construction law, and simple wills.
