The OnSite Care team leads with our hearts. Every day, we care for our patients, clients, and each other — truly living our company mission and values. After 20 years of practicing internal medicine, Dr. Donna Milavetz recognized how truly broken our healthcare system was. The fee-for-service model was driving up costs, reducing the quality of care, and leaving patients and doctors dissatisfied. She knew she could provide health outcomes and greater savings for employers and employees, using a model that placed value on primary care. She found the opening in the employer market and started OnSite Care in 2007: a company focused on providing employees and their dependents the care they deserve. Based in Salt Lake City, OnSite Care is now an independent subsidiary of Steward Health Care, with a national reach. Today, OnSite Care helps employers tap the potential of a healthy workforce by delivering superior health care at employer workplaces.
