If you are registered to vote, you will receive an election ballot in your mailbox THIS WEEK (between October 8 and October 16). Whether by mail before November 5, or in-person on November 6, we want to remind you to exercise your right to vote in this election. Historically, Utah’s voter participation is disappointing. In the 2016 elections, our state ranked 39th in the nation. But during this year’s primary election, we had some of the highest voter turnout this state has ever seen. We hope that in this general election, we again see a record number of Utahns cast their votes. As citizens of this great country, brave men and women have sacrificed their lives for our right to vote. Taking time to vote shows your appreciation for their sacrifice. You can also vote in person on November 6th. Find your precinct location at Vote.Utah.Gov. If you’re not registered to vote, you can register at Voter.Utah.Gov. We encourage everyone to participate in the election and help increase the number of engaged voters in our great state!
