Quad Area Chamber Supports Local Food Truck Priority It has come to our attention that on the Council Agenda for Tuesday, May 26th at 6:30 pm. there is a special event permit for Chomonix Golf Course to have Food Trucks available for guest services. (See attached agenda). On the top of the agenda is the address for the virtual meeting of the Council, if you would like to view the meeting. Additional information about this project was obtained from Council member Dale Stoez, & Golf Course Manager Mark Johnson. Council member Stoez has requested that it be pulled from the Consent Agenda for further discussion. The position of the Chamber is that priority for scheduled spots, days & times be given to the Businesses with Food Trucks located in the Cities of Centerville, Circle Pines, Lexington & Lino Lakes. We would also ask in the interest of public safety that they adhere to all local & county food safety standards as well. Those business that the Chamber is aware of located in our communities are: Blue Collar BBQ-Lexington Taco Mobile (Fiesta Cancun)- Lino Lakes Bubba's Fusion BBQ - Lino Lakes The Tavern on Main - Lino Lakes SB Concessions - Lino Lakes MiniDonut Concessionaire in Centerville The Quad Area Chamber is in the process of building a directory of Local Concessionaires/Food Trucks that will be maintained on our website.
