The center exudes a village theme and has been designed to create a pedestrian friendly shopping environment in an atmosphere indicative of "Main Street USA." It is located on the southwest corner of Rittenhouse Road and Ellsworth Loop Road.
The center consists of approximately 910,000 Gross Leasable Square Feet of retail space. Eighteen major tenants will occupy almost 748,000 square feet of 82% of the project. The center will also contain about 103,000 square feet of shop space (11% of the project) and almost 60,000 square feet of pad space (7% of the total GLA). Currently, the center consists of a total of 689,827 built square feet to date. 85% of the square footage is occupied by major tenants, 12% shop space tenants and 3% pad tenants. The site provides nearly 4,360 parking spaces which equate to 4.9 spaces per 1,000 square feet of building area.
