About Us

Hi! I'm Dave, I have been cleaning carpets and windows in central Plumas County for 12 years. I maintain my certified training through the The Clean Trust, formerly the I.I.C.R.C., The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification, #133024. Please visit the attached website in the consumer section click on cleaning and/or FAQ. It is most important that you use a certified carpet cleaner to care for your carpeting. Did you know  you must use a "Hot Water - Truck Mount" carpet cleaning system ( steam cleaning) at least every 12-18 months to maintain your carpet's warranty. I now have the only certified carpet cleaning firm in Plumas County. My newest machine is a Hydramaster Boxxer 318 with the pressure to get into the fibers without swamping your carpet and the vacuum bIower that can have your carpet dry in about 4-6 hours. I carry my own water and haul your extracted water away. I use 2-3 vacuum cleaners in preparing your carpet for cleaning and move some furniture if needed. Clean stairways, furniture, and RV's. Urine and red spot removal.

Carpet cleaning is priced by the square foot, this is the fairest system to both you and me, no per room pricing with unexpected add-ons. My quotes to you are final and if anything it may come out less. 

My window cleaning services include:

Brush the perimeter of the window casing, apply detergent with brush and if needed use wet 0000 steel wool to get the tough stuff off, then squeegee the window clean, detail towel the edges of the glass, and a final dry 0000 steel wool application to remove squeegee lines and other impurities. I chemically hand scrub your window screens. The end result is a shine your neighbors will be jealous of. 

Window cleaning is priced by the window in general, and by screen. I usually will count your windows times the going price per window. Extra large and two-story windows are a bit more.
