Mr. Jacobs has provided counsel to business and commercial real estate owners and decision makers for over 30 years. His practice areas during that time have covered all of the firm's practice areas and more. His primary areas of focus are business counseling, including litigation; business entity management and changes of ownership, including the purchase and sale of businesses; and succession planning. Mr. Jacobs regularly advises and represents businesses involved in commercial litigation. He has managed complex business and real estate transactions his entire career and has achieved a high degree of success as trial counsel to business clients in commercial disputes. Mr. Jacobs has served on Boards of Directors for both for-profit and non-profit entities and volunteered extensively in support of children's' causes and in Alumni activities for his Alma Mater. Mr. Jacobs brings considerable experience in planning the financial architecture of closely-held businesses.
