About Vesper Energy
We develop, build, own and operate renewable energy and energy storage facilities across the United States. Our mission is to create high-quality, high-value assets that contribute to a sustainable, decarbonized future.
We started business in 2005 as Lendlease Energy Development. Since then, weve built an experienced team and a pipeline of more than 3 GW of solar projects and 3 GWh of energy storage projects across the United States. We have successfully commercialized 680 MW of renewable energy projects since our founding.
In 2020, we were acquired by Magnetar Capital and rebranded ourselves as Vesper Energy. With our experienced team, our developing pipeline of projects, and the financial strength of Magnetar Capital and our financial partners, were well prepared and excited to contribute to building clean energy infrastructure.
