Burnham's began offering lodging in San Saba by repurposing a small building on their property into an overnight rental room, responding to high demand. They expanded this initiative in 2000 by rescuing and converting a downtown sporting goods store slated for demolition into additional lodging, sparking revitalization efforts. Despite a brief stint owning a video rental business in 2006, which they soon moved on from, Burnham's remained committed to creating inviting multi-room accommodations. Today, their downtown location offers unexpectedly spacious and quality lodging options, catering to visitors seeking a comfortable stay for various occasions such as hunting, weddings, family reunions, outdoor activities, wine tasting, and pecan experiences.
