Conveniently located at 9510 FM 949 in Cat Spring, Texas, our party welcomes individuals from all walks of life who share an interest in local politics and a commitment to the principles of the Republican Party.
Our monthly meetings, held in the back room of Tony’s Restaurant in Sealy on the first Thursday of every month, provide a platform for informative discussions with speakers covering a diverse range of topics. The meetings commence at 7 PM, and doors open at 5:30 PM for those who wish to enjoy an early meal. All are welcome to attend and join the conversation as we explore the critical issues facing our community and nation.
As an integral part of the political landscape in Austin County, the ACRP takes on significant responsibilities, including the organization of the Republican Primary Election held every March. Working closely with the County Elections Office under the Tax Assessor/Collector, we ensure the democratic process runs smoothly and efficiently. Beyond elections, our party actively supports conservative candidates, hosts candidate forums, and organizes key events like the biannual banquet and the alternate-year picnic, both featuring distinguished speakers and state officials.
The ACRP has successfully achieved several goals, such as sponsoring events, organizing an essay contest for high school seniors, and establishing a permanent headquarters. However, our mission continues, and we invite dedicated individuals to join us in our efforts to further improve and expand our impact. As we strive to educate voters, encourage grassroots involvement, and strengthen the conservative foundation in Austin County, your participation is crucial.
