Our journey in the real estate industry is deeply rooted in the legacy of Liz Carter, a trailblazer who pioneered the landscape of real estate in Katy, TX, since 1976. Liz, my great aunt, co-founded Century 21 Western and served as its broker, leaving an indelible mark on the industry. In 1999, I embarked on this remarkable journey alongside Aunt Liz, who recognized my passion for real estate. She allowed me the space to discover this calling on my own, and, true to her foresight, I obtained my real estate license at the age of 20.
Driven by a profound understanding of the real estate landscape, I swiftly navigated the market, purchasing my first home within 10 months and acquiring a second less than a year later, wisely retaining the first as a rental investment. As the years progressed, I honed my expertise, earning my real estate broker's license. When my great aunt faced health challenges, I took the reins, purchasing the brokerage and continuing the legacy she had built. Today, the Sandie Acord Group proudly stands as a testament to decades of experience, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for guiding clients through their real estate endeavors in Texas.
