About Us

Sun Valley Family Practice offers comprehensive family care to the West Valley of the Phoenix Metro Area. We are committed to bringing the highest level of care to our patients, tailored to their needs. Our health care providers are board certified in family medicine, and our company has established a lasting presence in our community.

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. Same day appointments are available. Our friendly staff is here to serve the patients, so feel free to ask any questions you may have. They are here to help!

Sun Valley Urgent Care offers convenient walk-in medical services for treatment of minor emergencies and illnesses 7 days per week. Our healthcare providers are board certified in family medicine and have years of urgent care experience. We are 100% committed to providing quality health care to our patients.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Weekends, 9am to 4pm. We offer a wide variety of services including urgent care services, onsite X-ray and lab testing, vaccinations, occupational medicine services, and much more.

Some of the items we treat are accident injuries, cold, cough, flu and sinus infection, bronchitis, asthma, sore throat, nausea, abdominal and back pain, limb fractures and sprains, burns, wound care, school/sports/DOT physicals, breath alcohol testing, drug screen services, and more.
