Warner & Associates Construction, Inc is a Commercial General Contracting firm dedicated to providing high-quality construction projects up to $20,000,000 in value. Warner Construction was formed in 2010 after Hales & Warner Construction divided ownership and parted ways after 25 years together. Warner Construction has completed projects for Spanish Fork City, Salem City, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Nebo School District, Alpine School District, Provo School District, Canyons School District, Jordan School District, Lindon City, Utah Valley University, Brigham Young University, General Atomics, Cedar Fort Publishing, and many others.

We have most recently completed an 11,600-square-foot office building to house the Curriculum and Technology departments of the Nebo School District, and new Churches in Eagle Mountain, Woodland Hills, Mapleton, and St George.
