About Eryn B. Rogers, Attorney at Law, PC
Eryn received her law degree in 2006 from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, graduating cum laude. She was an Executive Editor of the BYU Journal of Public Law and a local finalist in the Giles S. Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition. Law school is where Eryn first realized her aptitude for estate planning, receiving the highest grade in her Wills and Estates class.
She took every estate planning class available. After law school, Eryn worked for two years as Associate Counsel for the Alameda County Pension Fund in Oakland, California, where she advised the Board of Retirement and Executive Officers on matters including disability retirement and distribution of retirement benefits upon divorce and death. In 2020, Eryn opened her own legal practice with a focus on Estate Planning. She enjoys serving others and has volunteered with Wills for Heroes, Utah Legal Services, and Timpanogos Legal Center. She knows how important it is to get to know her clients on a personal level so that their needs are met.
