About KMA Architects
KMA Architects, Inc. was founded in 1996. Over the years, KMA has evolved into a firm highly specialized in the programming and design services of commercial buildings, specializing in educational facilities. Our client list is largely made up of school districts across the state of Utah.
KMA is a leader in K-12 school design in Utah. KMA has designed and managed over 300 educational facilities including 15 new secondary schools, 40 new elementary schools, over 200 addition/remodels, and countless smaller projects that include site renovations and small facility upgrades.
In our earlier years, KMA took jobs in different fields: from LDS Church buildings, banks, and city buildings, to the renowned Museum of Ancient Life, and Golf Course Clubhouse at Thanksgiving Point. We have shown versatility and expertise in design as well as project management of all projects regardless of budget or size. KMA is committed to the betterment of communities across Utah.
KMA also provides Master Planning Services, which includes full building evaluations, and aids the owner in creating a ten to twenty-year plan for building maintenance, upgrades, and budgeting.
