Okoboji Brewing Company, located at 3705 HWY 71 in Spirit Lake, Iowa, is proud to be the first brewery in the Iowa Great Lakes region. Established in July 2009, our locally owned and operated brewery is dedicated to producing high-quality craft beers that reflect the unique character and flavors of our area. Our commitment to excellence and innovation has made us a staple in the local community and beyond.
Our journey began with contracting another Iowa brewery to produce and can our distinctive recipes. In the fall of 2012, we opened our Taproom, offering a variety of craft beers brewed in-house alongside a selection of guest taps from near and far. With 20 taps and a 1-barrel R&D system, we continuously experiment with new styles and flavors to delight our patrons. Our dedication to quality and creativity ensures that there is always something new to discover at Okoboji Brewing Company.
The Okoboji Brewing Company Taproom provides a welcoming and comfortable environment for up to 45 guests. Visitors can enjoy our beers by the pint, 8oz, or 4oz flights, along with games, TV, and free WiFi. Our family-friendly and food-friendly policy invites guests to bring their food or order from local restaurants, enhancing the overall experience.
