We are proud to be a part of the Zeppes family as an independently owned franchise in Springville Utah. We are the first Zeppe's in Utah County and a favorite hang-out location for everyone to enjoy a frozen treat on the hot days of summer and warm up with baked goods & hot treats in the cold of winter.
