Easter Egg Hunt

Donate by April 12th

In partnership with Harward Farms and Springville City, the Springville Rotary will be hosting this year’s Easter Egg Hunt on April 16, 2022. This is an annual free event for Springville City residents, targeted to children 12 and under.

ANNUAL TRADITION

This event has been an enjoyable tradition for the families of our community for many years. In addition to hundreds of children scrambling for eggs and candy, we also provide a free raffle with prizes for children to win.

LOCAL PARTICIPATION

We would love for other local businesses and organizations to be involved as well. Having the help of others in the community will make it an even more successful event and provide more for our children to enjoy.

SPONSORSHIP ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Sponsorships would be welcomed and appreciated. All sponsors will be acknowledged on Springville City and/or Harward Farms social media and a large printed display advertisement (the size of your logo on our advertisement banner will be based on the value of the donation - larger the donation, larger the logo). All sponsors may also bring a banner of their own to hang on the premises along the fence on the day of the event.

To be included in social media or printed advertisements, sponsors must email their high-resolution logos to harwardfarms@gmail.com no later than March 12, 2022.

DONATIONS

Cash donations are gladly accepted. However, if you donate a prize(s) for our raffle, it should be focused on children 12 and under and their families.

Ideas for donated prizes:

Gift certificates or passes (to your business if it’s family-friendly)
Gender-neutral toys (value of $10 or more for any ages under 12)
Big stuffed animals
Gift baskets
Sports equipment for ages 12 and under (soccer balls, basketballs, bicycles, etc.)
Passes to water parks, amusement parks, movie theaters, etc.

We will raffle off the donated prizes with an announcement of who sponsored that gift (if you donate cash, your sponsorship will also be announced). Donations must be received by April 12, 2022.
