Check On YouSM Services strives to provide the highest quality care through independent living assistance, along with superior communication and timely reporting services. We do this with person-centered plans that are developed to suit an individual family's needs by a trained professional. Whether it is once per week or once a day, we can check on your loved-one's well being and report to you wherever you are on their status should they require such reporting. If it is time to pick up medicine, groceries, or go to other places to do errands and meet your needs we are ready to assist you. Helping, giving you a break, serving with a smile is what we do!
Our company was started by a caring team who wanted to help people live at the highest level of independence at home, with the limited amount of help and support that will provide necessary stability. If possible, you would probably prefer not changing your lifestyle and routines. We strive to keep your family comfortable knowing that change will not happen where change is not needed. Our company was founded on the basis of Christian principles and operates with Christian principles. Owner and Principal Consultant Dave Riazi, M.H.A. offers fifteen years of Health and Human Services experience and training as an excellent base for the services that Check On You provides in the community.
