The Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for Country Inn and Suites, St Peters was held on Thursday, April 29, 2010. In attendance were representatives from St. Peters and St. Charles Chamber of Commerce, and local businessmen. Mayor Len Paganoz, St Peters, and Mayor Patty York, St Charles presided at the ribbon cutting. The hotel is located at 3877 Veterans Memorial Parkway in St. Peters. It is next door to the IHOP and McDonalds. The Country Inn and Suites is easily accessed from Mexico Road or exit 25 Cave Springs/Truman Blvd off I-70.
The 63 room hotel features all suites and combinations of one king size or two queen size beds and sleeper sofa. All of the rooms are non-smoking and pets are not accepted. There is an extended stay suite for long term guests and two rooms are equipped with whirlpool tubs. All guest rooms feature microwave and refrigerators. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub, free high speed internet via hard connector or wireless, expanded continental breakfast, 37 inch televisions, a fully equipped fitness center, business center and free parking.
The hotel is licensed by Carlson Hotels and is locally owned and operated by SPA Motel, LLC. The principal owners are Denish and Jaya Patel.
