Hazelwood & Weber focuses its practice on state and local government law, corporate law, real estate, commercial litigation, lender liability defense, health care law and litigation, and general tort defense. Representative clients include the City of St. Peters, one of the largest municipalities in the State of Missouri), St. Anthony’s Medical Center (one of the largest healthcare providers in the St. Louis metropolitan area), Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Ameristar Casino St. Charles. Our attorneys serve as outside counsel to a number of national companies, including U.S. subsidiaries of multi-national corporations.
The Firm’s law staff is currently comprised of six partners, all former partners of two of the largest law firms in the St. Louis area, and seven associate attorneys. Our attorneys include former judicial clerks from Missouri Courts of Appeal and from Federal District Courts throughout the United States.
